I was elected to join the church leadership as a Deacon towards the end of 2010. I was closely involved in many activities in the church, and share several responsibilities with other Deacons, including being a charity trustee. My time as a Deacon was unexpectedly short, as I had to move away for work.

I was responsible for the church's technical equipment, managing the tech team (~7 people), and running the church website.

I was one of the founding members of the Scottish Video Games Archive, and was responsible for developing and managing the website and archive catalogue.

I was elected President of the RSS for one year, which involved representing over 200 research students, liaising with several University departments, and organising/attending various committees.

I served as a leader in various capacities at this church, including being responsible for the technical equipment, running the youth ministry, and occasional preaching and teaching.

I got involved in running the Christian Union while studying for my degree at University. I ran regular meetings and organised special events.
